I have stayed in Bloomington for 3 summers after my Sophomore year. I used the summers to try to get ahead of my math requirements for my major and I won't lie, but the classes are just as difficult in the summer as during the regular semester. In fact, I believe they were a bit harder, BUT, even thought they were difficult, I only had to focus on that one class (whereas, during the semester, I had to focus on four or five). The atmosphere in Bloomington is truly relaxing. I felt like I was spending the summer at home, but with all my friends and more freedom than living at home with my parents. I think everyone should at least experience one summer here at the most beautiful campus in the country.
