IU Homecoming is over. What to look forward to next?

Despite not coming away with a win against Michigan State, Homecoming was a blast. I think that was the earliest most students had woken up all year. Events included, the Nearly Naked Mile Run on Monday to support United Way of Monroe County and the Habitat for Humanity build sponsered by Whirlpool. But what can students  look forward to next at IU?

BASKETBALL. IU basketball has been ranked no. 1 for this coming season and every Hoosier should be counting down the days until the season starts on November 1st against Indiana Welseyan. If you are as excited as I am for the 2012-2013 season, you must attend Hoosier Hysteria. On October 20, 2012, the IU basketball team will be at Assembly Hall to perform for the IU students. Various competitions occur, such as dunk contests, shoot-outs, and maybe even a song sung by Victor Oladipo. It is always a great time, so get a group of friends together and head to Assembly Hall on October 20th.

Head Coach, Tom Crean, has been asking for suggestions for competitions. You can tweet at him if you have any ideas. @TomCrean
