Where to watch the big game at IU

Bloomington is filled with out-of-this-world restaurants offering every variety of ethnic cuisine for every budget. But when looking for the perfect spot in town to watch the Hoosiers take down opponents, a few amenities need to be considered. Luckily, one place has everything you could want.

Nick's English Hut is my joint of choice for watching games. Obviously, the food is delicious but more importantly, Nick's offers some tasty treats that are easily shared with a group. Biz fries are heaven-drenched french fries that come in a bucket with a side of special dipping sauce. They pair perfectly with a round of sink-the-biz when your friends are passing the time during commercials.

Seating and TV-viewing ease is also a great part of Nick's. A TV is never farther away than a few tables and friends can pull up chairs to any arrangement. The atmosphere of Nick's lends to an even more special experience with every open surface dripping with IU memorabilia.

My only advice for watching the big games at Nick's is get there early!
