Perks of Living on this Big, Beautiful Campus

I have the best commute.

Early in the fall, I took advantage of those crisp autumn mornings and post 10:00 a.m. classes to indulge in some beautiful scenery walking to class. While I do live in off-campus housing, my stadium neighborhood apartment provides the perfect 25 minute walk to class. What started as pleasure became habit and now I'm knee-deep in March having only ridden the bus twice. Yes, living on a huge campus can seem like you have to become a nomad in order to trek to and from class, but it's become my own real exercise and is about 100 times less-stressful than the 9:15 a.m.  A or X Bus routes. Now, I get a half hour all to myself each morning walking through beautiful Bloomington.
