Best RPS Dining Facilities to TRY!

Welcome Hoosiers! I just wanted to share with you all a short list of my favorite campus dining facilities to eat at here on the Bloomington campus.

  1. Union Street Market: This dining facility is located in the Central Neighborhood in Union Street - Cedar Hall which is between Ashton and Eigenmann. It's the essential dining option for all those healthy organic eaters out there. They serve a lot of good sandwiches, organic drinks, healthy granola bars, gluten free chips, gluten free cookies, Uncle Ben's rice pouches, and other must have dorm supplies. Come on out everyone and try Union Street Market because it's where heart healthy food can be found on campus!
  2. Crimson Creamery: This dessert facility located in the basement of Foster Residence Hall - Gresham in the Northwest Neighborhood is a dream come true for all those students with a late night sweet tooth. A student can eat ice cream, gelato, pizza, and smoothies at this wonderful facility late in the evening. If you like desserts at all, you must try it out and it will be worth all the effort in the end.
  3. School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) Cafe: This convenience cafe located in the SPEA building - ground floor next to the SPEA library (which is on 10th street) serves everything you need from breakfast to lunch food items. I would definitely recommend coming here for a quick bite before class if you're a Kelley School of Business student or SPEA student.
  4. Landes Dining Room: This all you can eat buffet dining facility is located in Read Residence Hall in the Southeast Neighborhood. Many students love to come here for lunch and dinner because no matter how much you eat everyone is still charged the same amount of meal points. I personally love coming here to eat as it fills me up for about 3-4 hours during the mid-afternoon when I need it the most to get through afternoon classes.

Hope this helps all you Hoosiers out there! Find your favorite campus dining facility and you will find happiness! Until next time, please remember to get ready for a new semester everyone!
