IU Politics

If you're a political junkie or a student on the edge of voting or not find some answers at IU College Dems. If you are Republican, I am sorry but should probably go find another article to read, because I honestly do not much about the right side.

For my Democrats and Liberals though keep reading! If you need some answers either with voting, political campaigns, or the race in Indiana come find out at the Iu College Democrats meetings and media sources. There are many Twitter acounts including:

@IU_SFO **My own creation**

There are also many Facebook pages for our organization:

IU College Democrats is run by students for the Democratic Party. As of right now, our main goal is to register as many people as we can to be eligible to vote. Have you registered for November?

Since you last moved? In Monroe County?

No? well then come by the Lit desk (across the elevator near the Freshen Smoothie place) in the Union between 9:30-4:00 Tuesday through Friday. Stop by to sign up, it will take less than 7 minutes! Have any questions and we will help! All you need to know is the last 4 digits of your Social Security and your new local address.

Our weekly meetings are in the State Room West in the Union on Tuesday nights at 8 p.m to 9 p.m. Even if you can not stay the entire time, come and learn more about our group and our goals for the 2012 election.

Glued to your phone? What am i saying of course you are, you're a college student! Well then come by Woodburn or Ballantine during the week at 6-8 p.m to make calls to local Hoosiers and other states, influencing people to support Obama. On Thursdays, we have pizza!

Are you already registered? Good job! Then instead help volunteer to register other people. Politics are important, even if you are not a strong activist. Everyone counts in this election. Support Barack Obama and the Democrat Party. Or if not, research and take a side. Whichever one you choose, your voice and your vote counts!
